Additionally, bullying is likely to have a negative impact on the performance of an individual in an area of specialization. Most nurses after going through the ordeal they are affected psychologically and may resolve to detach themselves from other people. I learned that the act of detaching by the nurses might serve as a way of reducing the effects of the bullying psychologically. The detachment will also protect the wellbeing of the persons affected by the condition of being bullied.I have learned that the profession of nursing is being faced with challenging situations of bullying and burnout. Bullying is a major concern that has continued to affect nurses at their workplace.
